The history of Vasconcelos Costa Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda. it is totally linked to that of its founder, of Portuguese origin, who arrived in Brazil in 1962. As a true entrepreneur, he started to dedicate himself to the real estate business: acting in the purchase and sale of land, construction and leasing of commercial properties.
Believing in the resumption of economic growth and starting from multisectoral studies, the company is investing in the construction of a modern logistic condominium with 110,000 m² of GLA in the city of Cabo de Santo Agostinho.
In growth, today the company has more than 50 assets, of a high quality standard in all aspects – safety, services, environmental responsibility, technology, management.
